Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on the ability to serve clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the studio. I limit the number of clients seen everyday to ensure the highest level of quality in client services, which completely depends on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times. In order to reserve a place in the schedule the client must agree to the cancelation policy as follows: •clients must provide at least a 48 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. This means that if the appointment is at 6pm Saturday, you’ll have until 6pm sharp on Thursday to cancel or reschedule. •In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for 50% of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions. {if this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize the client, this is in place to help protect my ability to serve you and all my clients.} •Unexpected events like Illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from this policy •If a client is more then 15 minutes late to an appointment with out notice, the session is considered canceled and the client is responsible for 50% of the cost of the full service. •Appointment confirmation and reminder emails and texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last-minute or cancellation no-show exempt from the policy. •In order to schedule an appointment, client’s must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored the card on file will be charged accordingly. •Returns on products only if there is a manufacturer packaging issue. No refunds on services rendered, past time of appointment, or with in 24 hours of appointment time. Thank you for taking the time to review the cancellation policy.
